Ogun Shepherd and Wife Die Hours Apart After Alleged Domestic Dispute

A Celestial Church of Christ shepherd, Abidemi Odukoya, and his wife, Adenike, reportedly died in separate incidents after an alleged domestic dispute in Akiode Ibogun, Ogun State. Community sources said the couple had an altercation at about 3 a.m. on August 31. The wife was said to have sustained serious head injuries and was later confirmed dead. Their son reportedly raised the alarm, drawing neighbours and community members to the home. Hours later, Odukoya was reportedly found dead along the Lagos–Abeokuta Expressway near Iyana Coker in Ifo. Claims that his death followed a deliberate act have not been independently verified. Police are reportedly investigating both deaths as residents await official findings.
