Selma Blair Ordered to Keep Distance From Nurse After Alleged Hospital Assault

Actress Selma Blair has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from a nurse she allegedly assaulted after her arrest over an incident on a flight from Los Angeles to New York. The temporary protection order also bars Blair from contacting the nurse by phone, text, email or other electronic means. It remains in effect until October 11, 2027. Blair was arrested after the aircraft landed following an alleged altercation with crew members. While receiving treatment at a hospital, she allegedly kicked the nurse in the chest. She pleaded not guilty to two felony assault charges, including one involving a Port Authority police officer.
