Trump Clashes With Reuters Reporter Over Cancelled Kansas and Iowa Rallies

US President Donald Trump clashed with a Reuters reporter who asked whether his decision to cancel campaign appearances in Kansas and Iowa was linked to fatigue from travelling. The exchange took place during the White House Halloween celebration, where Trump and First Lady Melania Trump welcomed children and handed out sweets. Trump rejected the suggestion that he was tired and questioned the reporter’s motives. He said he did not need to travel to Kansas because the Republican candidate was performing well. The cancelled rallies drew attention because Trump had held several campaign events in the previous month.
