Moghalu Denies Joining Atiku’s 2027 Campaign Policy Team

Former Central Bank of Nigeria Deputy Governor Kingsley Moghalu says he was listed on former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar’s 2027 campaign policy team without his knowledge or consent. Moghalu said he is not part of the team in any official, unofficial or advisory capacity. He added that he left partisan politics in 2022 and does not belong to or support any political party. Atiku’s campaign recently unveiled its Presidential Campaign Council and said its policy team would develop proposals on the cost of living, unemployment, insecurity and declining purchasing power.
