Mavin Records Disowns Talent Manager Over Alleged Unauthorised Representation
Mavin Records has warned the public and its business partners against dealing with Lotanna Harry as a representative of the label. The company said he was never appointed, authorised or mandated to act on its behalf. According to Mavin, its only previous relationship with Harry was his engagement as a paid video model on a subcontract basis for selected videos. The label said any negotiation, transaction or communication made in its name by him is unauthorised and cannot bind the company. Mavin said it may take legal action over any unauthorised use of its name, logo or business interests. Harry described the matter as a misunderstanding, stating that he is not a Mavin employee and that his independent platform features several record labels, including Mavin.
