Two Nigerians Arrested in Ghana Over Death of 11-Year-Old Girl

Police in Ghana’s Central Region have arrested two Nigerian men over the death of an 11-year-old girl, Blessing Innocent, in Gomoa Buduburam. The girl was reported missing by her mother on October 19 after she reportedly failed to return home two days earlier. Police said she was last seen visiting the suspects, who were their neighbours. Investigators arrested the two men on October 20. Police said one suspect later led officers to the girl’s body, which had been concealed beneath shrubs near an uncompleted building. The body has been taken for an autopsy as investigations continue.
