FCT Police Arrest Driver Over Suspected Fake Presidency Number Plate

FCT Police have arrested Agbogun Bernard after intercepting a black Toyota Corolla with a suspected fake Presidency number plate in Abuja. Police said the vehicle, bearing registration number M01-997 FG, was taken to the FCT Police Command headquarters on October 26 for investigation. The driver reportedly could not give a satisfactory explanation for the plate. The command said it is investigating the plate’s allocation, ownership, use and authenticity. Residents have been urged to report suspicious activity to the police.
