My Betting Account Was Closed With ₦150,000 Still at Stake
I opened and funded a betting account, placing single bets that included wins and losses. I currently have about ₦150,000 tied up in unsettled bets, voided bets, disputed settlements and my cash balance. The company locked my account and requested my ID, which I submitted. I was later told that the account was closed because the bank details used for funding and withdrawals did not match. Their email cited alleged third-party account use and inaccurate account information. I have started a case at the Small Claims Court, but I need advice on other legitimate steps I can take to recover my money. I would appreciate guidance from anyone who has handled a similar betting-platform dispute.
