UK Teacher Jailed for Secretly Photographing Pupils and Creating Indecent AI Images

A former supply teacher, Abdul Rahman, has been sentenced to six years in prison in the United Kingdom for offences involving schoolgirls aged 13 to 16. The court heard that he secretly photographed and filmed pupils at seven schools in Bury, Bolton and Salford between December 2023 and June 2025. He also used pupils’ social-media photos to create indecent AI-generated images, some of which were shared online. The case was uncovered after a mother found an image of her daughter in school uniform alongside inappropriate material online. Rahman admitted 21 offences and has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register. He is also barred from working in schools for 20 years.
