I Paid ₦30,000 After KOTRAMA Held My Vehicle—Now I’m Asking Governor Ododo to Investigate
I was stopped by KOTRAMA officers over alleged vehicle-document offences and later charged ₦20,000 each for expired documents, driving with an “L” sign and allegedly driving without a licence. I say I had a valid driver’s licence. The total charge was reduced from ₦60,000 to ₦30,000 after the matter was escalated, and I paid before my vehicle was released. I am asking for the charges and the enforcement process to be reviewed.
