Delta Police say they have uncovered a warehouse in Warri allegedly used to store suspected adulterated beverages. Operatives of the State Anti-Kidnapping Unit reportedly intercepted a Toyota Sienna carrying quantities of a drink known as “Gbefun hot drink” during a stop-and-search operation on the Warri–Agbarho Expressway. The 44-year-old driver was arrested. Police said further investigation led to a warehouse in the Ginuwa area of Warri, where more suspected adulterated drinks, another beverage product and a Suzuki Shuttle bus loaded with similar items were recovered.
