Trump Tells Republicans They Will ‘Go to Hell’ If They Do Not Vote

US President Donald Trump urged Republican supporters to vote in the November midterm elections during a party convention in Dallas, Texas. He told the crowd that those who failed to vote would “go to hell” and asked them to bring friends and relatives to the polls. Trump also repeated allegations of Democratic election fraud and told supporters to “try and cheat like hell.” He said a Democratic victory would reverse his administration’s policies, including its approach to taxes, border enforcement and the oil and gas industry. Vice President JD Vance also called on Republicans to turn out to help the party retain its majorities in Congress. The event further highlighted Vance’s growing role within the Republican Party ahead of the 2028 presidential race.
