To me, it means having confidence, self-worth and an abundance mindset. A man should not depend on a woman's approval to feel valuable. If there is no mutual interest, he should respectfully move on rather than struggle to impress her. However, confidence should not become disrespect, dishonesty or treating people as disposable. Healthy dating requires self-respect, clear boundaries and consideration for the other person.
