Davido Advises People to ‘Keep Receipts’ When Helping Others

Nigerian music star Davido has shared a cautionary message about kindness and helping people. Speaking on The Uncut podcast, he said acts of kindness can lead to positive or negative outcomes. He advised people to keep records when offering support. “In life, you never know where your kindness can take you. It can either take you up or down. That is why when you help people, always keep receipts. Don’t play with it,” he said. Davido did not disclose the experience behind the advice.
