Five Siblings Killed as Water Tanker Hits Tricycle in Gombe
Five children from the same family died after a water tanker collided with the commercial tricycle taking them to school in Gombe metropolis on Tuesday, October 27. The crash occurred near Kanady Academy along APC Square in the GRA. The victims were pupils and students of schools in Jekadafari and Ahmadu Gombe. Three other children were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. The FRSC confirmed the incident, while Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya described the deaths as a heartbreaking loss. He urged motorists to obey traffic rules, avoid reckless driving and take extra care when transporting schoolchildren.
