Whitehorse Capital Files ₦594m Suit Over Alleged Vehicle-Finance Fraud
Whitehorse Capital Limited has filed a ₦594 million suit at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Bwari Division, against First Choice International Consulting and Financial Solutions Ltd and other parties. The company alleges that funds paid for vehicle financing between 2019 and 2021 were not used to deliver the vehicles as agreed. It is seeking a refund, interest and damages. The firm also alleges that compromised bank instruments worsened its financial position and affected its ability to meet obligations to clients. The claims remain allegations before the court, and the defendants are entitled to respond.
