Israel Warns Hamas Over Gaza Kites, Balloons and Drones

Israel warned Hamas to stop the launches, saying the military would escalate targeted strikes against those responsible. It also said civilians could be evacuated from Gaza areas used to launch the devices. The warning follows reports that several kites crossed into Israeli border communities. Netanyahu said Israel would not allow limited threats along the Gaza border to become routine again.
