Known for observational and long-form storytelling comedy, he rose to prominence after building a large online following in the early days of personal websites and Myspace. His comedy releases include Harmful If Swallowed, Retaliation, Vicious Circle, Rough Around the Edges and Isolated Incident. Retaliation became a major commercial success, while Cook also became one of the few comedians to sell out Madison Square Garden’s main arena. Cook has appeared in films such as Employee of the Month, Good Luck Chuck, Dan in Real Life and Mr. Brooks. He also voiced Dusty Crophopper in the animated films Planes and Planes: Fire & Rescue.
