Can Ogun’s Remo Free Trade Zone Challenge Lagos as an Industrial Hub?

Ogun State is positioning the Remo Free Trade Zone near Sagamu as a major manufacturing and logistics hub, with more than $400 million reportedly committed to the project. As land and logistics costs rise in Lagos, can Ogun attract enough factories and investment to become Nigeria’s leading industrial alternative?
