Development evaluation expert Dr Michael Oludare Ale has called on Nigeria to strengthen its national evaluation system and ensure evidence from public policies and programmes is used to improve people’s lives. He made the call in a keynote address at an event organised by the Nigerian Association of Evaluators on November 2, 2026.
