Security agencies will monitor threats such as vote-buying, political thuggery, hate speech, incitement and the misuse of artificial intelligence and social media. INEC, the DSS, NOA and political parties also pledged to support peaceful and inclusive polls. INEC said it was making plans to enable persons with disabilities and internally displaced persons to vote, including in areas such as Wase, Mangu, Barkin Ladi, Bokkos and Bassa.
