FG, Trade Stakeholders Review Next Steps for National Single Window Project
The Federal Government has held talks with trade and revenue stakeholders on the next phase of Nigeria’s National Single Window Project. The planned digital platform is designed to bring agencies involved in international trade onto one system. Importers and exporters would be able to complete trade-related processes through a single integrated portal rather than moving between multiple agencies. Officials say the project could reduce clearance delays, improve transparency and lower the cost of doing business. Stakeholders also reviewed progress so far and the steps needed to move implementation forward.
