APC Revises Tinubu’s 2027 Campaign Council, Names Wike, Adeleke and Soludo State Coordinators
The All Progressives Congress has released a revised list for President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 Presidential Campaign Council, with FCT Minister Nyesom Wike assigned to coordinate Rivers State and the FCT. Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke will coordinate the campaign in Osun, while Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo is listed as the coordinator for Anambra. Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori was named Director of Finance, with Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and NRS chairman Zacch Adedeji assigned fundraising roles. Senator Abdulaziz Yari remains Director-General of the council. Adams Oshiomhole, Femi Gbajabiamila, Hope Uzodimma, Dele Alake, Babatunde Fashola, David Umahi and Festus Keyamo were also assigned key roles. The revised council is scheduled to be inaugurated on October 14, 2026, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. The changes follow controversy over the council’s initial composition and the inclusion of political figures from outside the APC.
