Where True Hearts Meet: Alex Learns Francis Has HIV

Alex, a young woman living with sickle cell disease, meets Francis during her regular hospital visits. Their friendship grows into a loving relationship after he assures her that he accepts her condition. Their happiness is tested when Alex discovers that Francis is living with HIV and had not told her. Hurt by the secrecy and by the way she learns the news, she withdraws as her mother and friend urge her to end the relationship.
