Suspected Kidnapper Allegedly Impersonating Soldier Arrested in Nasarawa

Security operatives in Nasarawa State have arrested 42-year-old Alu Seadu over allegations of armed robbery and kidnapping. The Nigeria Legion’s Nasarawa State Command reportedly carried out the operation with troops of Operation Whirl Stroke on September 19 in Lafia Local Government Area. Security authorities said Seadu’s claim to be a serving Nigerian Army personnel could not be verified. Military-style clothing and other items were reportedly recovered, while investigations continue into the allegations and possible criminal links.
