TikTok Star Peller Alleges Police Harassment in Lagos Over Unregistered Car
Social media star Peller was stopped by police in Lagos state while driving a newly purchased car without number plates. Inspector General Tunji Disu had directed officers to detain drivers whose vehicles lack plates or have them covered.
