I met my ex-girlfriend in a Kaduna supermarket five years after we broke up. We had dated for about three months, and our relationship ended after she found out I had slept with my ex. While we were talking, a little boy who appears to be about five years old ran to her. He looks remarkably like me, and the timing makes me wonder whether he could be my son. When I asked her privately, she denied that I am the father. I know a resemblance is not proof, and I do not want to harass or upset her. However, I cannot shake the feeling that I may have a child I never knew about. How can I respectfully request a DNA test, and what are my options if she refuses?
