Property Dispute: I Allege Passport Exposure and Question EFCC Actions

I say a long-running dispute over Plot 4022 in Guzape, Abuja, has expanded beyond competing ownership claims to include petitions about my passport and the alleged public circulation of my passport details. I believe this has exposed me to risks including identity theft and financial fraud. I maintain that I paid ₦110 million for the property, took possession and built my family home there. I question why the EFCC charge reportedly identifies me as the person allegedly defrauded in the transaction, while I and my family have faced enforcement actions and displacement from the property. I am asking the relevant authorities to independently review the title documents, alleged payment trail, land-registry records and the basis for actions taken against my family. I also ask for clarity on the enforcement of interim court orders and the proposed forfeiture process while ownership remains unresolved.
