Pastor Akinbode Olufemi's Prevailing Power Of GOD Outreach ministry partners Elizabeth Idahosa's Faithful Witness Initiative Charity Organization for evangelistic outreach Community residents assemble to assess their spiritual and medical holistic wellness. The Prevailing Power Of GOD Outreach ministry, in collaboration with Faithful Witness Initiative Charity Organization (FWICO) and the Mobile Church, recently hosted a successful medical outreach and powerful Gospel crusade on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 within the Sangotedo axis in Lagos. The outreach which pulled a mammoth crowd at Oke Kekere street, around Conner bus stop, was to support vulnerable members of the community in the areas of overall health, nutrition and wellness. PPGM ministries in partnership with FWICO medicals (Faithful Witness Initiative Charity Organization) led by Pharmacist and Public Health Specialist Elizabeth Idahosa, provided free health checks, screening and intensive consultations with medical experts. Pharm. Elizabeth Idahosa, the founder and coordinator at FWICO, spoke about the event, explaining how they also distributed free medications and multivitamins to malnourished children. "The event held in a remote part of Sangotedo Community which is known for this diverse populations. We provided health checks to the commuters in this remote areas, we were able to identify health issues through assessment and provided timely interventions, educated the community about preventive measures, hygiene and healthy lifestyle practices. Free medications were given out and multivitamin tonic for malnourished children." Applauding the efforts of everyone who participated, both medical personnel, Gospel ministers and the crowd, Pastor Akinbode Olufemi of the Prevailing Power Of GOD Outreach ministry, in his remark, explained the motive behind the crusade as "evangelism with practical humanitarian support "The aim of the outreach is to bring holistic transformation to underserved communities by combining evangelism with practical humanitarian support—reaching souls with the message of Jesus Christ while addressing pressing physical, medical, and social needs. As its been observed that It was also observed that conventional church programs have had limited impact in the area, highlighting the need for more targeted and mission-oriented outreach initiatives" Pharm. Elizabeth Idahosa concluded by expressing the core objectives at FWICO, alo"ng with a parting word, "One of our goal is to improve overall health outcomes and quality of life. The outreach was impactful and successful, encouraging the population to take charge of their health. There is need for more health enlightenment in the community as a whole"
