Federal High Court Unveils New Posting Schedule for 17 Judges

The Federal High Court has released a new posting schedule following the recent appointment of 14 judges and the reassignment of three existing judges. All affected judges are to report to their new stations on May 13. Judicial divisions across Nigeria will receive judges in key locations including Gusau, Abuja, Osogbo, Minna, Akure, Yenagoa, Abakaliki, Gombe, Ado-Ekiti, Damaturu, Uyo, Maiduguri, Dutse, Lokoja and Lagos. The directive was issued in a statement by the court’s Information Directorate in Abuja, under the approval of Chief Judge Justice John Tsoho.
