Property influencer Ola of Lagos says he still lives in a rented apartment despite owning several houses. Speaking on a recent interview show, he said living in a house he bought could make him too comfortable. He said he has never slept in any property he purchased with his own money. According to him, paying ₦50 million in annual rent gives him the pressure to keep working and pursuing bigger goals.
