Odogwu Asaaba’s Wife Defends Him Over Alleged Rape and Death of Favour Agbro

The wife of content creator Ifeanyi Ogbonna, known as Odogwu Asaaba, has publicly defended him following his arrest over allegations involving 20-year-old Favour Agbro. Agbro reportedly travelled from Warri to Asaba on June 1, 2026, after she was promised mentorship in content creation. She later made allegations of sexual assault in a viral video before her death. Police in Delta State confirmed Ogbonna’s arrest after a petition was filed. In a video, his wife said she stands by him and insisted he did not rape or kill Agbro. She acknowledged that Agbro’s death was painful but maintained that the allegations should be addressed through due process rather than social-media judgment.
