Ondo Police Arrest Three Suspected Drug Dealers in Akure, Recover Cannabis and Codeine

Ondo State Police Command says it has arrested three suspected drug dealers during a patrol operation in Akure. Police said operatives of the anti-cultism squad intercepted the suspects on July 24 and recovered substances believed to include cannabis, Tramadol capsules, Codeine syrup and Tutolin syrup. The command said the suspects are in custody while investigators trace the source of the substances and identify possible accomplices. They will be charged to court after investigations are concluded. Police urged residents to provide credible information that could help curb drug trafficking and related crimes.
