The Abia State Police Command says it has arrested Mrs Sara Innocent over the alleged fatal stabbing of her husband, Innocent Nwaọjị, during a domestic dispute in Umuokereke Ngwa, Obingwa LGA. Police said the incident was reported on August 9, after the alleged stabbing occurred the previous night. The victim was taken to hospital, where he was confirmed dead. His body has been deposited at a morgue for an autopsy. The suspect is in custody, while the State Criminal Investigation Department continues its investigation.
