Otti can maintain a working relationship with President Bola Tinubu’s administration while supporting a different presidential candidate. Federal cooperation does not require political silence. Reports that some members of his administration may be involved in Tinubu’s campaign activities also require clarification. Their actions may be personal and may not represent the governor’s position, but continued silence leaves room for speculation.
