Customer Alleges Unpaid Refund by Pathfinders Edu Consultancy

I paid ₦300,000 to Pathfinders Edu Consultancy for transcript rectification, but the work was not completed. After I requested a refund, I was told it would be paid in two instalments. I received ₦150,000 as the first payment and was asked to wait three months for the balance. More than a year later, I have not received the remaining ₦150,000. I also allege that the agency has blocked me on its platforms. I have evidence to support my claim and advise others to verify any education consultancy thoroughly before making payment.
