As I wandered through different neighborhoods, the traffic felt much less chaotic than in other major Nigerian cities. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was easy to appreciate how orderly many parts of Enugu appear.

I also noticed the vibrant business culture across Igbo land. On nearly every street, traders and small business owners were busy selling goods. My journey took me through Onitsha and Owerri too, where the commercial activity was truly impressive.

This decision affirms that service providers must either deliver the paid-for service or issue a refund. It sets a strong precedent against blanket no-refund clauses. Transport companies must now respect consumer rights under Nigerian law.
