True Conversion: Becoming a New Creation in Christ

Conversion is more than a change of name or outward appearance. Scripture teaches that anyone in Christ becomes a new creation, leaving old habits and sinful tendencies behind. A genuine new birth brings new motives, desires and conduct. Faith is tested in everyday life, especially during hardship. A religion that only looks good on the surface cannot endure trials. Christ does not call us to patch old ways with occasional good deeds. He calls for the whole heart and makes all things new. Let us ask God for forgiveness, strength over sin, good health and grace to serve Him faithfully. Share your testimonies and prayer requests as we encourage one another in faith.
