Sevilla Coach Backs Chidera Ejuke as Key Attacking Option

Sevilla coach Luis García Plaza says Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke remains an important part of his plans despite recent transfer uncertainty. Ejuke was linked with a move away from the club and missed parts of pre-season, but he stayed after the proposed transfers did not materialise. García Plaza has since brought him back into the squad. The coach praised Ejuke’s dribbling, unpredictability and ability to stretch defences. He pointed to the Nigerian’s goal against Athletic Club and several encouraging substitute appearances as evidence of his value to the team.
