Otemu Foundation Inducts 42 Scholars, Expands Niger Delta Scholarship Scheme to Nine States

The Otemu Educational Foundation has inducted 42 new undergraduate scholars at Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State. The beneficiaries, known as Cohort Beta, were selected for the foundation's full scholarship programme. At the induction ceremony, the foundation announced plans to extend the scheme from Delta State to all nine Niger Delta states. The expansion is intended to support talented students whose education may be affected by financial constraints. The foundation now has 55 scholars across its two cohorts. Its support includes scholarships, mentorship, leadership development and youth empowerment initiatives.
