Angelina Jolie Sells Historic Los Angeles Estate for $24.75 Million

Angelina Jolie has sold her historic Los Feliz estate in Los Angeles for $24.75 million, five months after listing it for $29.85 million. The 11,000-square-foot property sits on two acres and includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a guest-house studio, swimming pool, fitness studio, tea house and landscaped gardens. It also has views of the Hollywood Hills, the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. Jolie bought the estate in 2017 for $24.5 million after separating from Brad Pitt. The home was designed in 1913 and was once owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille. The sale follows Jolie's earlier indication that she hoped to leave Los Angeles after her children became adults.
