IOTA Group is recruiting a full-time Junior Account Manager in Lagos to support its client, consultant and internal operations in Nigeria. The role focuses on talent acquisition, including sourcing and assessing consultants, reviewing CVs, coordinating onboarding documents, and supporting mobilisation and assignment follow-up. The successful candidate will also assist with client account management, quotations, bids, commercial proposals, cost sheets, contracts and consultant negotiations. Applicants should be organised, commercially aware and able to manage several recruitment and client-support tasks at once.
