Baba Ijesha Says He Was Warned of Calamity Before His Imprisonment

Actor Baba Ijesha says someone once told him that he would become a great man but would first face a painful calamity. During a visit to Sunday Igboho, he said the warning came before he went to prison and that the experience made him shed tears. The actor was convicted in 2022 in a sexual-assault case involving a minor and was released in November 2025 after spending more than three years in custody. He has since announced his marriage and the birth of his son.
