Netflix Rolls Out AI Discover Tab to Help Users Choose What to Watch

Ever spent ages scrolling through Netflix without finding something to watch? The platform is introducing AI Discover, a new tab designed to help users find shows and movies that suit their mood and preferences. Its first feature offers themes such as “something light,” “scare me,” “family movie night” and “quick watches.” The tab will include clips from titles to help users decide what to watch. Netflix says the feature uses an intelligence layer that responds to users’ requests in real time and learns from their preferences. It is rolling out first to English-language users in the United States on supported TVs, with wider availability planned in the coming weeks.
