UNIOSUN Begins Construction of Federal Government-Funded ICT Resource Centre
Osun State University has commenced construction of a new ICT Resource Centre at its Osogbo campus. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Odunayo Clement Adebooye laid the foundation stone on September 10, 2026. The Federal Government-funded project is expected to improve technology-driven teaching, learning and research at the university. The two-storey facility will include lecture halls for about 100 students, computer laboratories and other academic support facilities. The contractor said the centre is part of a federal intervention to strengthen infrastructure in tertiary institutions and is scheduled for completion in February 2027.
