Bobrisky says relocating from Nigeria has brought him peace. In a social media post, he described Nigeria as a toxic environment where drama, gossip and conflict seem to arise every day. He said he does not want to give up the peace he has found since leaving the country. Bobrisky left Nigeria in November 2024 after controversy over claims that he had not served his six-month prison sentence for abusing the naira.
