FIFA to Award Championship Rings at 2026 World Cup, Fans Can Buy Limited Editions

FIFA has confirmed that every player and staff member on the 2026 World Cup champion team will receive a custom championship ring for the first time. Each handcrafted ring will bear the World Cup trophy on one side and the winning nation’s crest on the other, complete with a unique serial number for authenticity. Temporary presentation rings will be handed to the team captain and head coach during the post-final ceremony. The permanent, custom-fitted versions for the full squad and staff will follow, with 30 rings allocated in total. In addition to the winners’ collection, FIFA plans a limited public run of 1,996 officially licensed rings for fans to purchase. Pricing details will be announced closer to the tournament.
