Man Surrenders in Fatal Nashville Head-On Crash Case

A Nashville man has surrendered to police in connection with a fatal head-on crash that happened last year. According to investigators, James Brewington Jr., 61, was driving when he crossed into oncoming traffic while trying to go around a vehicle making a right turn. His car collided head-on with another vehicle, killing a 41-year-old person. Police said Brewington is facing charges including vehicular homicide by reckless conduct, reckless endangerment and three counts of aggravated assault. He is being held on a $135,000 bond.
