Nigerian Man Says He Borrowed Money to Support American Woman Met on TikTok

A Nigerian man has shared his alleged financial ordeal with a Black American woman he met on TikTok. He said he told her he was a footballer seeking help, but she explained that she was unemployed and struggling to provide for her family. He claimed he began sending her money whenever he could, sometimes borrowing funds after she said she and her children had nothing to eat. According to him, she later asked for more money to relocate herself and her children to Nigeria, saying she could not find work in the United States. The man became emotional while recounting the experience in a video.
