Nigerian Army 92 RRI Shortlist: How to Check and Prepare for Screening

If you applied for the Nigerian Army’s 92nd Regular Recruits Intake (92 RRI), check your shortlist status and screening details through the official Army recruitment portal. Avoid relying on rumours or unofficial lists. The intake is described as being for skilled applicants in areas such as marine operations, engineering and mechanical work. Applications reportedly opened on 18 September 2026, and screening is scheduled for 17 November to 1 December 2026. Confirm the dates and your reporting instructions before travelling. Prepare your valid NIN, original and photocopies of your credentials, proof of state of origin, passport photographs and any relevant trade certificates. Check that your personal details match across your documents. Applicants must meet the age and skill requirements for their trade and be physically and medically fit. Army recruitment is free. Do not pay anyone who promises to add your name to the shortlist or secure you a slot. I’ve put together these key steps to help applicants prepare; feel free to ask questions below.
